When one is purchasing a home, timing is of utmost importance, especially in a competitive market. Whenever we wanted to see a house, Raj would set it up immediately, many times on the same day. We could text him literally at any time and he would respond quickly. He has a genuine passion to help his clients find the perfect home. Selling our house was much more difficult than we expected due to a depressed real estate market, and the emergence of the Covid-19 crisis. Raj was instrumental in walking us through the entire process including staging the home, assisting in repairs, helping us negotiate with buyers, facilitating inspections, as well as recommending a real estate attorney for us. From the beginning, he was patiently explaining us each one of the steps towards buying a new house. I had the experience of selling my house and buying a new one. When we started to look at homes, he was not the realtor that was there just showing us houses and em trying to sell us anything... he always had the mindset to help us to decide what was best for us, showing us pros and cons of each houses. His knowledge about construction and what a good house looks like helped us during inspection as well and this was key for us during the process.
