When there were many unknown things for a first time home buyer like me, Johnson was there with me right from step 1 until my closing where he and Sebastian helped me to process and close my loan within a short period and right on time which is less than 2 weeks. Their communications, follow-ups and directions provided during each step was really appreciative. I want to give 4.5 rating. Aug 14 2024 closing was done this is my 3rd loan with VAMA mortgage. Each time had different experiences. Working with PT Johnson or Sebastian is great. Communication or timely closing process was smooth. Reason I didn't give 0.5 rating because the underwriter team is kind of PAINFUL work with them on this 3rd loan. To many paperwork to prove you have good credit and/or you are able to pay your loan. I wish they less cross verify and flexible or replace with new team I had loans with other lenders and credit union they won't cross examine too many things that not needed.

Record breaking - Home Closing in 9 Days by Mr.Sebastian I have tremendous and record breaking experience with Mr. Sebastian during my mortgage process (Closed in Oct 2018). On Closing day, I even heard from Title company folks and realtors that Mr. Sebastian closed the deal (my home closing) in 9 days exactly since from the day I made an offer. As a first time home buyer, there were lot of unknowns about the mortgage. In the Current Market Condition, the Home buying experience is rough for the buyers, especially first-time homeowners like me. Sebastian helped me with my mortgage for my first home . Needless to say that first time home buying process comes with tons of questions .
