We bought our first dream home and it wouldn't have been possible without Deepti who helped us in every way possible in this long, hectic and stressful journey. If there was a way to give 10 out of 5 stars, I would have done that without thinking. That's how much I appreciate all the work Deepti has done for us. Dynamic, Energetic, ready to go extra mile to make customer happy, understanding both seller and buyer pulse.. the list goes on. There is a reason (actually more than 'a' reason) Deepti is one of the top realtors in the area. 1. She has incredible knowledge of the market. She has an amazing pulse over the market. She knows 'when (to buy)', 'how (much to pay)', and 'why (pay or not pay)'. 2. She understands her customer very well. I don’t normally provide online reviews but I’m making an exception for the awesome experience that I had with the smart & enterprising Deepti Gupta. Deepti is a real estate professional par excellence - very knowledgeable, brilliant cross-functional connections, dedicated, relentless & a skilled negotiator, doing all this with a super friendly demeanour. Deepti helped us navigate our successful home buying journey all in a day’s work (literally) - we went from being interested in a house but without any preparations (like loan pre-approvals & stuff) to signing a formal contract to purchase the house in less than 24 hours of talking to Deepti. Deepti is a straight talker - she will clearly provide information to help decide on the house purchase and once you are fully sure, she will leave no stone unturned to help you succeed. Deepti connected us with a bank agent & was able to get a loan pre-approval within 12 hours; she worked on the purchase offer late into the night & sent it across close to midnight, going way beyond normal call of duty and that too for someone who she had known for about 4 hours. There was an unexpected development which caused some anxiety after signing the contract but Deepti just asked us to trust her & she handled that issue decisively in our favour.
