I had the opportunity to work with Jeet to close my first primary home. Got his reference through a friend and glad I got to work with him. I started my first home search working with some other person who advertised a lot on radio and hoardings and never really felt connected. It was always like I am trying to forcefully get the information from them. But it changed completely with Jeet. He was always available and responsive. He was also very patient helping us see a lot of homes and provide details for each and every house I would find online or get through his customized filter. He gives his advice and detailed pros/cons list but always respect customers decisions if we wanted to proceed/not proceed with any home. There is no one else I would rather work with! Jeet helped us, literally every step of the way. He helped us figure out our lender. He helped us write a strong offer that made sure we were in a competitive position. When our offer was finally accepted, his job wasn't done! We have been working with JK for about an year. The kind of house we wanted was a bit difficult to find within a price range. He never pushed us to buy any house. Whenever we wanted to see the house, he arranged the appointment in time and did all the homework for that house. Even after loosing some bids, JK didn't loose hope in us and kept working with us. Finally we found our house and he worked hard in negotiating the price and winning the bid for us. He also helped in getting the home inspection done and help meeting with home inspections guys to explain each and every issue. He worked with previous owner to fix all issues. He setup many meetings and exchanged many mails to address our concerns with escrow company, title company and lender company. JK was introduced to us through a friend of us. JK met with use early Feb 2020 to understand our requirements. He setup an email alert immediately after our initial meetup. As soon as some house comes up in market, we started to get emails. From that moment onward, we started to visit the houses. For open houses, we would go alone and for the ones which need an agent, we went with JK. We found our house during last week of May 2020 and closed it during last week of June 2020. In total, we visited around 20 houses before we selected our house during May 2020. I liked the below aspects while working with JK # JK was very prompt for all house showings # JK was very prompt in attending and returning our phone calls and emails # While giving offers to sellers, he shared his views on the best offer price # After covid restrictions came into place, we had to go with an Agent for all site visits; JK took us to around 5 to 6 houses during the restriction period and he was able to accommodate his schedule based on ours # After the offer was accepted, he helped us to get the house inspected. # He was able to get answers for all our questions through seller agent # He gave us 1-year warranty for the house # He was in constant touch with us, loan officer, escrow officer, and seller agent to make sure the closing goes smoothly If you are in the market for a house in San Diego, I am sure you will be able to find yours through JK.

We bought and sold with JK. So its double review time . Let's start with our experience with him as a buyer. We are not first time buyers, so we assumed we knew a lot of things (LOL) . He started off asking the areas and the size of houses we are interested in. We told him that we are looking passively he was very patient with us. In between our priorities changed he kept in touch and worked with us. We gave offer to multiple homes and we were not considered. He never gave up. He was quick to change the strategy on the house we loved the most and of course we won that !.What stands out was his patience, knowledge about what to look before buying a house and dealing with a difficult person like me. He was our selling agent too. This was our first time selling a property, we had no clue what to expect and where to start. We did our research and he helped us find the right contacts for minor fixes around the house, staging etc. I should say we didn't feel the pressure of a first time seller. Thank you JK .
