Chandrika is amazing RE agent. We have done multiple transactions with her and the experience have just gotten better and better everytime. Recently we sold an investment property with her which we purchased through her and the service exceptional. She provides literally white glove service when it comes to paperwork, being at property for any inspections, fire test etc taking the pressure away from you. Very knowledgeable of the market and she priced our property so perfectly knowing that the offer will be same or above asking and that what happened as we got above asking in this auch bad market. She is very fast moving individual getting things done real quick. Her communications are lighting fast via texts, emails or phone calls. We had a pleasure of working with Chandrika for buying and selling our condo. She was very professional and handled everything that needed to be done to buy and sell the property. She went as far as changing fire alarms and replacing the batteries before closing. She handled all the paperwork thoroughly and everything was complete. Make sure to get a contract written with Key Prime before you engage with them. If they are saying they will give you rebates, make sure to include that amount in the contract, otherwise they will easily try to skip paying the rebate back to you after the transaction is done. We bought a property through Key Prime recently. I ended up having to follow up with the agent frequently and I didn't usually get immediate/thorough responses(probably something to include in your contract with them). They were not communicative and proactive about things to include/exclude from the offer agreement. For eg : Our seller took down the window blinds before they moved out and when I asked Key Prime about it, they told me that we should include that in the purchase agreement. I am a first time home buyer, however, Key Prime deals with transactions on a day to day basis, so they could have been proactive and told me to include window blinds in the contract. Costed me an additional $1000 to setup new blinds. Overall, a sub-par experience.
