Rated 5.0 I had Pranita as my seller's broker not because I believed she would be the most appropriate broker for me. Not want to go into details how I ended up with choosing her. But it turned out to be the best decision I made. She treated and prepared the house like she were selling her own house. She contacted various contractors to take care all the little fixes but great value addition to the house. Her husband even spent many hours on the houses, like changing all door nobs, hinges, and locks, installing curtain rods, etc. She has done way more than what I had ever expected. In addition, she is very knowledgeable. Her prediction of the price was spot on. You will be very happy if you have her as your broker, for sure.

She was prompt to set up showings and travelled to meet us to different locations, as we did not have one set town we were looking to buy. She treated us with respect, patience, and we felt like we were in great hands. She was able to give us recommendations for inspections, lawyers, and more along the way, which was incredibly helpful.
