Throughout the mortgage process, he was always available via text or phone to walk me through the steps, answering the many questions and concerns I had along the way (day or night, even on weekends!). I worked with Sebastian George to buy a property in Michigan while living in Maryland. The loan process in general is difficult but it is even more challenging when you live in a different state. Sebastian constantly kept in touch with me to ensure I was informed each step of the process. He worked one on one with me to ensure that I had the correct documents during the under writing process. I had a great time working with Johnson and previously Sebastian. They will get you the best rate in the market (no doubts about that), and their closing cost is minimal compared to others. The communication could be a bit challenging but if you are in for the most bank for the buck then VEMA is your first choice. Johnson works super hard and I suggest they recruit some staff members to take away some workload :).Overall great experience, recommend them to everyone! Sebastian has been an awesome loan officer for us when we did a Refinance with Vema. He works 24X7 literally. All phone calls picked without any delays. Vipul was helpful enough to waive of some of lending charges and providing credit to reduce total closing cost amount. I recently worked with Chirag R on my mortgage loan. He is professionally a great person who understands customer needs and brings the best options as per the market situation.The service and personal attention we received from Chirag was exceptional and beyond what we were expecting! What he committed in the initial discussion on mortgage rates and the credits he delivered that. I appreciate his expertise and ability and willingness to work in a short duration that helped us to reach our goals.Buying a first home is incredibly stressful, and for someone without a financial background securing a mortgage is the most confusing part.Initially, I went with other lenders suggested by my realtor. One of them asked a brokerage fee up to $4000 and the other lender who promised me with credits and a low mortgage rate they deviated with higher rates and instead of the credit asked to pay. Basically their intention was to extract as much as a commission from me.I started looking for other option like PenyMac ,Nexa, PenFed etc., it didn’t worked well and I was completely frustrated as time lines for closing was approaching. A friend of mine suggested a Chirag’s name and I texted him on Sunday late evening and within 30 minutes we stated a conversation to get an application read.
