He went over and above his responsibilities; when I was out of town he worked with previous tenant to do walk through and collect keys, worked with contractor to get the house painted. We decided to go with Rupali after a friend's recommendation and we are so glad we did. We were first time home buyers and she was very helpful at every step right from: before the purchase, during the purchase and after the purchase. She is very responsive at was always willing to show up whenever we needed. She is a good negotiator and always acted as our attorney and got us what we wanted through negotiations. As a first time home buyer, I was expecting an agent to help us with the assessment of house condition as we weren't sure and Rupali's experience helped us a lot. Rupali reached us after she came across our property posting for rent in 3rd party website, where we are trying to rent our property for months. She is very professional and could able to find the renter within a week. The property was rented to the tenants after completing the full background verification. She maintained very accurate and authenticated paper work without any oral commitments. The important thing that I liked in the whole procedure is the agent fees, she charged very reasonable and sensible real estate agent fee. Rupali is amazing! She had good knowledge of the market and a keen eye on what needed to be updated / fixed in our house in order for us to get a fast sale at a great price. We met Jay at his open house and was impressed with his honest and no pressure approach. His also took the time to listen to our needs, wants and desires in a house. Of the six different open houses we looked at Jay was the only realtor that followed up with us about your housing needs. He was also able to flex his schedule around our timeline. His advise on how to put together our offer was a key in getting our house. At no time did Jay pressure us into trying to select a house we didn't want just to try and get a quick sale. Not once did it feel like Jaskaran was trying to sell me on a home. It NEVER felt like I was dealing with some kind of salesman using salesman tactics in trying to convince me on why the home I'm looking at is perfect for me. The fact that he volunteers to point out the bad things to a home, even without my asking such questions in the first place, such as indications that the roof is in disrepair, or that the AC or furnace is at the end of its life cycle, or showing nuanced indicators of water/foundation damage, I believes speaks volumes about his character in how he wants me to find a home that is perfect for me that I will not regret buying instead of trying to just offload a home on me and get a commission. I highly recommend him.

We met Jay really before we even knew who he worked for. I don’t think at that point it would have mattered the company he worked for, as we got excited for who he was as a person and as a realtor. We were first impressed by Jay at one of his open houses. We had just begun the process of looking at properties and decided to hit some open houses one weekend. We had received a couple references from friends for realtors, but after that day, he just really stuck in our mind and we knew he was who we wanted to go back to. He was very responsive in the beginning, and throughout the experience, and complied a great viewing tour for us. Jay really took the time to make us feel comfortable with the home buying process and really had our best interests in mind the entire time. He took an extensive amount of time on the day we went out to make sure we saw everything we wanted to and stayed with us for almost 9 hours! He was consistently professional, and frankly enjoyable to be around. We felt as though we were looking for a house with friend who happened to have a ton of realty experience! Jay went above and beyond the duties of a realtor. We now feel like we have a connection for whatever projects or issues arise with our home.
