I started taking the adult yoga class this year. This class was great for me. During this semester they introduced me to various forms of yoga, not just what you have at the gym. Being able to do the various forms of yoga has peaked my interest in doing more yoga during the week. This hour was the best hour of my week. I became so much more flexible and felt so much more relaxed and ready to start a new week. I would definitely recommend this yoga class.

My daughter started Kruti Dance Academy a few months ago and is getting ready for her 1st recital in May. Looking back on my dance journey, I still remember my very first classes at Kruti. I liked dance, but it was a new and unexpected challenge for my young self.
