We meet with the families of bride and groom for the initial consult. This meeting will serve to set the groundwork as to what the expectations are from both sides of the family. We offer either full service or day of coordination.

Meet with the families and come up with event time line, Review the vendor contracts, Walk-through of the wedding site with family members, Offer a floor plan assistance, Create detailed itineraries and check list of each event, Assist in assembling a goodie bag, Coordinate with responsible venue personnel and vendors, Vendor confirmations 1 month, 1 week and 1 day prior to celebrations, Oversee set up of ceremony and reception site, Coordinate & execute flow of ceremony & reception, Oversee all vendor commitments, Provide wedding day emergency kit, Distribute final payments & tips to vendors, Provide first aid kit
