What first began as youthful dream, Chameli opened in mid 2006 by Nuru Alam. He sought to fill the gaps between the various cuisines that the Indian Sub Continent distinguishes itself with. Jasmine Alam had won the hearts (and stomachs) of all her friends with her Shahi Biryani. With this recipe in mind, Chameli Restaurant opened with noteworthy dishes from all parts of Bangladesh, India and Pakistan. The Alam family strives to maintain consistency, excellence, and incomparable flavor at their restaurant. Chameli offers unique and superior quality at very affordable prices. The Chicken Biryani serves as a gateway dish for first time comers. After you are lured by taste, do not be surprised to be known on a first name basis when you return to try everything else.
