Payal Marvaniya
Payal has been passionate about dance since the young age of eight. Her dance training started with Indian classical dance (Bharata Natyam) and folk dances at Darpana Academy of Performing Arts in India. In addition to folk/classical, she has learned other dance styles including Jazz-Hip Hop, Ballroom and Latin at the Spin Academy in India for 3 years. Payal recently moved to Portland, OR and is trying to get familiar with the community and working towards continuing her classes again. She has taken part in school/community events, competitions, and numerous dance shows all her life. She loves the joy of teaching and making the class a fun experience! Lessons available in the following dance styles: Indian Semi Classical, Indian Folk (Including Garba & Bhangra), Bollywoood, Jazz - Hip hop, Ballroom/Latin (Salsa, Jive, Waltz…etc) and Fusion.
