When my mother's computer got a virus and we realized that the computer was so old we couldn't even upload the necessary software to fix it, Bob was able to upgrade the system and restore her files so that what we ended up with was better than what we started with! In a time when so many people are suspect, Bob is the rare "honest mechanic". Thanks Bob!
Rated 5.0 One of the best companies of any kind I have ever worked with! Bob is fantastic. He was able to work a miracle with my 2009 slow-as-molasses iMac. The SSD drive upgrade he recommended and installed was just the solution, and far cheaper than buying a new computer. The iMac now works better than the day I bought it! I can't recommend Bob enough. He is very knowledgeable, his prices are reasonable, he is generous with his time, and patient with the technologically challenged like me. He is also a genuinely nice person, which is especially appreciated in these rather impersonal times we live in. It gives me such piece of mind to know that Bob is just a phone call or email away if I have any tech problems or concerns. Thank you, Bob!!
