Our original recipes were created by Aditi Goswami based on food memories of her childhood country, India. Growing up in India, food is a way of life. We are honored to show you the simplicity and wholesomeness of Indian home cooking and the variety of its regional flavors through our sauces. They will make the best curries that you've ever tasted, but are also versatile enough to use as a base for other creations - stews, soups and anywhere you need a boost of flavors. Our sauces are made entirely here in the USA, in New Haven CT , in small hand crafted batches of all natural ingredients.
