From the lighting, finding the coolest dhol player and coolest MC, to very tastefully creating mixes and keeping the dance floor active, I could not have asked for a better DJ at my wedding. I could not recommend Desi Beatzs enough!

Kabir and Ishpreet made for a super lively baraat even in the freezing cold! They kept the dance floor going our entire reception and were helpful with coordination as well! They supplied us with some microphones and speakers for day one of our wedding. On day two the provided a photobooth, projector, and of course a stellar DJ. DJ Kabir was everything and more we could have hoped for (and I was a wedding DJ for a spell so the expectations were high). We had a DIY reception-only affair (courthouse wedding last year), so we were looking for the music to not just be a mood setter, but capture bits of ourselves and our families. We wanted a little bit of all the good stuff, so much so it was almost hard to nail down a playlist. What would work, what won’t? Whats too niche or too new or to old gahhh!! This is where Kabir came in. His kind and warm demeanor really made us feel we were in good hands. He was available for any questions and was even kind enough to do a site visit beforehand. And then the day came. Firstly, what a set up! The lighting, the ambience! Secondly, what care! Kabir indulged us with a garba set that was supposed to be 15 miniutes and went 30. And then, MC Ishpreet! What an addition to the party. As Kabir tore up the floor, Ish’s dhol just amped up to the max. And what else to say? We danced and danced and danced. Every song was a banger, every beat felt like the apex. It wasn’t until days afterward looking at all of the fun videos from the night of people on the dancefloor we realized, “Damn our wedding really was an epic party.” All owed to Kabir and his team! Rated 5.0 BEST DJ EVER for my Pakistani - Italian fusion wedding!! DJ Kabir is so friendly, cool and easy to work with. He made mixes for us from bollywood and western songs (not easy) for our dances and seamlessly played and blended a variety of songs at our wedding. There was not a dull moment on the dance floor. Our MC and Dhol player were also incredible and my guests are still raving about them and the awesome digital photobooth we had. My friends getting married next year even took his card at the end of the night for their wedding.

Communication was very timely, they were able to set up and figure things out throughout the multiple events we had for the wedding and everyone in our family had so many compliments for them in terms of the music they played and their professionalism in executing the programs successfully. We had also asked last minute for a dhol player and they actually surprised us at the reception with this which everyone was very happy with and loved seeing! I cannot recommend Desi Beatzs enough to my friends and family for wedding events!!

He was wonderful to work with and personalized the playlist to include some of our favorites. He also attended the venue walkthroughs with us to help us plan the layout and also help us think through elements unrelated to audio. We danced for 3 straight hours and so did our guests ?across ages 3 to 80. Ankur, the dholi, brought in amazing energy and was a unique element to our reception. The lighting was great. ?The ?photo ?booth was very well done. The props were fun and there was something for everyone. We got the photos very soon after the event, and they are a great addition to the photos from our photographer.? Having Kabir and Ankur made all the difference to our celebrations. It's an enthusiastic yes from us!

The baraat was a blast and our formal pictures on the mandap went as smooth as could be with him coordinating the photo groups. He listens to guest requests and encouraged us to add garba to our reception as our guests were requesting it which we had not planned for but it all worked out so well. Our guests said this was one of the best receptions they have been too since the music choice was really good and he kept the party going all night long. However, Kabir DJ'ed at my wedding reception on 6/2/24 and he was great! We had also used his services at my brother's wedding reception in 2022. A week before the wedding Kabir and I worked so well together trying to plan everything out, not once did he show any kind of rudeness even at 2am texts! I highly recommend him and his crew. Rated 5.0 We recently hired Desi Beatz services and DJ Kabir was simply awesome! This was for a birthday party and he made is memorable for us. Kabir is easy to work with and helped us with every step resulting in a fantastic high energy party. His equipment is state of the art, the DJ booth setup was really cool, lighting was brilliant and he worked with us for the music and complied a fun bollywood list mixed with english numbers. Oh and he has this cool looking Jeep that he uses for mobile DJ events. We will call him again for sure.

He walked us through the process and provided a fair cost for his services. He came out promptly to perform a site survey. On the day of the event Matt was on time and had all his setup ready to go before the guests arrived. Lights, Sound, Music and the Photo Booth were all a hit!
