He was always available and returned email/ calls promptly. His market analysis of each property was detailed and spot on. During negotiations, he had our best interest. He conducted himself with honesty and integrity, qualities that are hard to find. I would absolutely refer him to my family and friends.

Rated 5.0 I recently purchased a new home (my first home purchase) for which Mr. Shashi Channar represented me as a realtor. I am very glad that I worked with Shashi. Being my first home, the entire process was very new to me. Therefore, Shashi's knowledge/expertise in negotiating the house price, reviewing contract documents, financing process and the escrow process was extremely helpful. In addition, Shashi's knowledge as a civil engineer and the inputs/suggestions he provided during the home selection process was very valuable and enabled us in selecting the right house. His inputs and suggestions at the right time helped us avoid possible problems. He is a very honest and punctual person. He was always present ahead of time whenever documents required review so that there is no deficiency in documentation. Without Shashi's comprehensive guidance I would have found it very difficult. I would very positively recommend Shashi to everyone so that home buyers can utilize his expertise and knowledge for their benefit.
