As the Senior Director of Knowledge and Innovation at Alston & Bird, Vishal Agnihotri leads the firm's efforts to use technology to improve efficiency, provide high-quality service, and maximize return on technology investments. She is responsible for the firm’s Technology Innovation, Knowledge Management, and Research Services departments, and co-leads the AI Steering Committee and AI Governance subcommittee. An award-winning practitioner, consultant, and senior executive, Vishal has helped Big Four accounting firms, AM Law firms, and Fortune 500 clients unlock the value of knowledge management in their organizations. She has held several operational, consulting, and leadership roles for over 27 years in enterprise knowledge management, spanning all its aspects, including business research, knowledge technology strategy, implementation, training, and adoption. Vishal has lived and worked in four countries across three continents and speaks five languages, bringing a unique multicultural perspective to her work. She frequently speaks on her experience with knowledge management, legal innovation, and change management at leading industry conferences, and has been a contributing author on two books on these topics.
