About Caitlin C.Fahey
Caitlin C. Fahey is an associate in the Litigation Department of Sullivan & Worcester. Her practice is focused on complex commercial litigation, primarily in the federal courts, with experience in matters involving the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act (FSIA), civil Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) claims, and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). Ms. Fahey also has experience with government investigations and white collar criminal defense matters involving U.S. export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). As part of her pro bono practice, Ms. Fahey was a member of the Sullivan & Worcester legal team that filed, on behalf of a non-profit organization, over ten amicus briefs in support of marriage equality in various circuit courts of appeal and the United States Supreme Court.
