About Saee Muzumdar

Saee Muzumdar is a partner in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, where her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Muzumdar represents both public and private acquirers and targets in connection with mergers, acquisitions and takeovers, both negotiated and contested. She has also represented public and private companies in connection with proxy contests, leveraged buyouts, spinoffs, divestitures, joint ventures and other complex corporate transactions. In addition, Ms. Muzumdar has represented a number of major investment banks as financial advisors in M&A transactions. Ms. Muzumdar received her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, in 2008 from the University of Michigan Law School, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from McGill University in 2005. Ms. Muzumdar is a member of the firm-wide Hiring Committee and a former member of the Associates Committee. Ms. Muzumdar is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
