Sumit Agarwal is an associate in the firm’s Business Law Department. He joined Goodwin in 2017. Mr. Agarwal served as an intern at the New York Attorney General’s Office in the Bureau of Consumer Frauds and Protection and at Thomson Reuters in the Financial and Risk division. Prior to law school, Mr. Agarwal worked as a paralegal at Cravath, Swaine and Moore LLP.
