Hariqbal Basi focuses his practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and general corporate advice. Hariqbal has represented U.S. and international clients from a variety of industries in connection with domestic and cross-border acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and other transactional matters. Hariqbal has also assisted clients through the firm's pro bono program in connection with their applications for affirmative asylum in the U.S. Hariqbal is a member of the firm's Diversity Committee, and has served as the Corporate Associate Representative representing the New York office to the Firm-Wide Associates Committee.
