Archana Iyer Attorney, as an Associate in November 2010. Archana currently represents multinational corporate clients on all aspects of corporate U.S. immigration, including nonimmigrant visas, permanent residence, and citizenship. Prior to joining Fragomen, Archana practised immigration law in the New Jersey office of a multi-practice firm. She handled a full range of business and family immigration activities. She was responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple corporate accounts, assisting such clients in the procurement of temporary and permanent visas for foreign national employees. Archana speaks English, Hindi, and Marathi.
