About Adam Amir Attorney

Adam Amir focuses his practice on complex litigation matters. He has represented clients in government investigations, breach of contract disputes, arbitrations and intellectual property actions, as well as assisted on antitrust and appellate matters. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Amir served as a law clerk to the Honorable Analisa Torres for the U.S. District Court of the Southern District of New York and worked as an associate at an international law firm.While working as an associate in New York, Mr. Amir contributed to a trial team representing a client in an enforcement action by the New York attorney general. Previously, he was a summer law clerk for the US Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of California, and at Stanford Law School, he served on the executive board of the Stanford Law Review and worked on the Three Strikes Project criminal defense clinic.Before attending law school, Mr. Amir was a policy and communications associate for New York City Mayor Mike Bloomberg, where he advised his chief policy advisor on local and national initiatives regarding guns, immigration and gay marriage
