Jigna was inspired to make her son’s birthday cake. Giving up Looking for the theme that she wanted for her son’s birthday cake, she self-taught to bake a cake herself from YouTube videos and of other resources, her first fondant cop theme cake for her son’s birthday.Knowing, her abilities to bake, her aspiration grew to bake more cakes. Her creative mind kept her thinking about making something different and unique. Having originated from India with her knowledge of the yummy Indian flavorful sweets. She started with trial and error with her first fusion, Ras Malai Cake, a super success among her friends and family. A super success among her friends. This gave her more inspiration to try various other sweets. She baked Gulab Jamun, Kulfi, Gulkand Cake, etc.

That cake was truly the highlight of the bday celebrations! It was absolutely tasty, flavorful and soft with a desi fusion lovely gulkand flavor. No one can prepare you for the amazing balance of flavor..
