Rated 5.0 Everything was great. I was upgraded to a three room suite parlor. We had one room with two beds . It was the standard double double, that connected to another room the same exact size as the first, but had a double pull out sofa for my twin grandboys. A 45. " led tv reefer and a separate bath, also wet bat. The table in the next room was 10-12 ' long with 6 chairs. Outside we played cornhole. The twins battled an oriental guest who was like forest gump on ping pong
Rated 4.0 The hotel is very large and the bar is happy and happening on Saturday night. They also have a pizza and salad bar which is opened 24 hrs. The rooms are clean but simple. The service is fast and prompt but the restaurant has no menu (you have to look it up online, which is OK as everyone gets 24 hours of free internet but not very convenient) but when they deliver food and drinks it is on disposable cups and plates (a la Starbucks)
Rated 4.0 I stayed there Tues-Sat for a conference. You can tell the hotel is an older property but they have done a good job keeping it updated and maintained. The Happy Hour at the bar was great. Having a "marketplace" in the hotel that had food/drink available 24/7 was a great amenity. Shuttle service to-from airport is complimentary. Uber rides to Newport Beach were convenient. All in all it was a good stay.
Rated 5.0 Came here for our anniversary. The staff is amazing! Friendly, upbeat and service minded. This has been the best weekend my wife and I could have asked for. Everyone here is exceptional! While out at dinner the staff put chocolate strawberries in our room.. Best hotel hands down!
