Rated 5.0 I want to make it known that in my 18years of residing in the state of NC, I have had several Insurance agents who work for different companies. I have never had an experience as I had today with Mr. Tushar Barot. I was referred to him through a colleague who had amazing things to say about him. She felt so strongly about Mr. Barot as her agent that she made sure to call me first thing this morning with his information. She is a mother of 4 children under the age of 5, a real estate adjuster, and a therapist. She had told me an experience that I was blown away by, because customer service provided in this manner is almost obsolete. After speaking to Mr. Barot myself, I went to his office in the Arbor Creek shopping center on Osterville Drive off of the old HWY 55. My experience was so amazing that I LITERALLY switched all of my policies, ranging from car and home, to life and health. I actually had no idea that State Farm had over 100 products, and that they are rated #1 in so many of the products. Mr. Barot is actually the #1 agent in the state of North Carolina, and my experience with him earlier today showed me exactly why that is the case. All I have to say, is that BELIEVE ME, it is worth a 5 minute phone call (doesn't even take 15mins like other companies we know of! Bahahahaha!) I do not write reviews. I don't have the time, just like all of us. If you make the call, you will not regret it. He made MY LIFE so much easier by being efficient, fast, compassionate, understanding, and would have spent the ENTIRE day with me if I had the time. YOU are not just a number. He treats you the way we all wish to be treated in life.
