Every time I have needed his services (3-4 times) I have been impressed by his dedication towards making sure my PC issues were completely solved and taken care of instead me walking away with some sort of quick, surface level fix. Every time I have finished a business transaction with him, I walked away knowing that I/My PC problem was fully invested in by him.
Rated 5.0 I lost all of my data after my laptop was hacked into and windows crashed afterwards. I felt comfortable taking it to them after talking on the phone with the tech and he offered me free estimate and diagnostics. After few days, they recovered all my data and fixed my laptop after I lost all hopes in using it again. If you run into trouble, just make sure you check them out and btw their prices are very reasonable too. Thank you

Rated 5.0 I took my laptop to couple of places in the area and they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it so PC Tek was my last stop. They figured out the issue, recovered my data, and fixed my laptop within couple of day. I wish they were my first stop, will recommend them and definitely use them again.
