Wedding decor, planning, and coordination based out of NY and NC covering most of the east cost specializing in luxury South Asian and Middle Eastern weddings. We offer unlimited consultation hours via email and phone for our wedding clients once booked. We are also flexible to pre-schedule in-person consultation meetings as per the client’s needs. We will always make time for you no matter how much or how little we have going on. The owner of Ruban Events, Fathema Shahab Ruma has been an event planner and team organizer since her high school years. Designing outfits, interior decoration, choreographing live performances, and planning itineraries has been her passion. Along with creative thinking, event companies need to excel in the realms of professional management, specifically project management, logistics and operations. With a background in Business Administration, Fathema brings her business savvy and strategic thinking to the company, striking a pragmatic balance with creative genius and ensuring that each event is produced and executed at an unparalleled level. Our team includes talented and sought-after event architects, industrial designers, graphic designers, and floral masters.
