Rated 5.0 Normally they do a great job, but it was busy today and the woman who did my brows (skinny, black hair worn in a braid almost every time I come in, with a small mouth) slaughtered my brows. My already thin brows that I had been trying to grow out were ruined and now uneven. I haven't had such a bad experience with threading before. I'll keep coming back, but don't go to that chick I described! She's awful at detail
Rated 2.0 Anu did a great job with the shaping, its just odd to me that I broke out in lil tiny pimples along my eyebrows. I figured it from them being nasty! I will try them one more time ans if I break out again on my eyebrows then its definitely a health concern problem they have...will update post after 2nd attempt.
Rated 4.0 First time customer. The ladies were friendly, and fast! The lady who used to do my eyebrows in the oast, no longer is available. My daughter and I thought we'd give threading a try. I must say, I've found my new favorite spot!
