Rated 1.0 Worst service I ever had in my whole life time. We came all the way from New york to place an order and take a look of their products. We said we ll be there before 4 and we were almost there by 4. And the lady named Revathy, who answers the phone when we call is demanding that we were late and she cant even stay a 5mins to place the order. At least to meet us, she was saying that she cant wait. Worst customer service and I highly recommend you not to use their service. I was talking to her for more than a month, and drove almost 2 hours and finally all she can offer is that she cant wait. Most important thing is I waited almost a week to get her availability, each time I call she ll say that she is having other appointment and forced us to come on her timelines.
