True to what I had read, she is very knowledgeable, and handled my questions with professional ease. In spite of my offer to pay for her advice, she refused to accept it. Even though my interaction lasted for only a few minutes, I recommend her strongly.

The reason, I have kept going back to Ruchi is because of her diligence in my tax preparation and financial advice (which has always come for free). She has helped me save several 100's of dollars each year via deductions (many of which I was totally unaware of). The aspect of her personality which I most admire is that she goes extra length to help her clients.
