Rated 5.0 I have tried several insurance companies over the past several years. Allstate is currently my automobile insurance carrier. Allstate is at this point anyway, my favorite. I actually like my agent very much and have thus far had a really great experience. I like the rewards that I get for being a safe driver. Allstate provides me with great service. They always answer questions thoroughly and they even double check to make sure I understand what they just said. I never feel rushed or brushed off and anytime I have ever had an issue, they were right there to manage it from beginning to end. I love that they are thorough and do all they can to le me know that I am a valued customer. I am currently paying slightly more with Allstate than I did with my previous auto insurance providers but, I don't mind because their overall service is superior to most and when I add in my bonus safe driver checks, I actually end up paying less than I used to. They have never given me any reason to doubt them in any way. I appreciate and trust them very much.

Rated 5.0 Just joined a month ago after being with Farmers for 12 years. I am saving $1000 plus a year on home and auto. Not bad if you ask me. Only had to spend a minimum amount of time on the phone to find out all that was available to me. I got way more than I had with Farmers, both on the house and on the car, at a cost that Wowed me. Set me up in just a few minutes and handled my old insurer too. Hardly had to do anything more then say YES! Customer Service I've only had to ask questions about the policy so far, thank goodness, but they've been very nice and always helpful. Available Plans Even after signing for the best plans they have I'm still saving loads of money. Should have checked here long ago. I even called a few mechanics to see what they had to say about their dealings with the company and ALL of them had no problems when they had to work with Allstate. Didn't know I could be so well covered in my home. They really seem to care and thought out what I needed most

Rated 5.0 ALLSTATE, the most awesome auto insurance company! Easy, reliable, unbiased, truly one of a kind. They were there for me since day one, im a proud record free, accident free driver, and im sure they can appreciate that. And if that one day changes, im guaranteed by Allstate that my fees are not going up at all. "THATS ALLSTATE STAND, ARE YOU IN GOOD HANDS? I KNOW I AM... :) Customer Service They are never pushy or intrusive, but I do I know they are there if and when I need them. Available Plans I pay a whopping 25 dollars less if I decide to pay monthly installments. I pay every six months and save myself almost 300 dollars. It was such a weight lifted off my shoulders when I finally decided to stop letting my previous insurance company take advantage of my situation. I admired Allstate from afar, never even thinking I could afford them. Boy was I wrong!!! They were like theclight at the end of the tunnel for me. Getting insured with Allstate is one of the best decisions I have ever made. The piece of mind that comes with not only being insured but also being insured by a company that litterally diggs and finds you the best coverage with your best interest at heart and on paper, without trying to sell you any unnecessary useless coverage is what Allstate does. I could not ask for a better company to provide me their service, Allstate gots me covered.

Rated 5.0 Years ago, I had an Automobile and Renter's Insurance policy with Allstate. During these years I received superb service from Allstate. On one occasion my car was damaged by a storm and needed repairs. Allstate was on there job and took care of my claim promptly. Due to the damage this storm did to many cars, I had a short wait from the Auto Collision shop, but my car was repaired back to it's original state. Also, while owning an Insurance Policy with Allstate, I had to file a claim for Renter's Coverage, because of damage my personal items sustained because of roof leakage during a roof repair. Allstate was prompt in settling my claim for the damages my property sustained and sent me a check within days of evaluating my house. Allstate is a superb insurance company that I would recommend to anyone, friends or family. I carried multiple policies with this company for 10 or 12 years, and is thinking about switching back to Allstate in the near future. Customer Service I always received fantastic customer service from Allstate. Available Plans I had multiple policies with Allstate when I was a member with this Insurance Company. Within the last couple of years, I have compared Allstate prices with my present insurer but can not seem to get a cheaper rate, although I was member with Allstate for years in the past. They do have an affordable auto insurance with, Esurance, an affiliate of Allstate but Esurance doesn't carry a Renter's Insurance that I also need.

Rated 5.0 Allstate is a great company who not only works hard for their customers but they always work hard for the communities in which they service. I love that they are motivated to make their customer satisfied, but also their motivation continues to firmly be about and for the people they serve daily. I have used Allstate for a number of years and I have always been very satisfied with the company and the people they employ. I recommend them for all your insurance needs because you will always get a great rate from them. Customer Service The customer service department is extremely well trained in the products they sell and they work hard and finding the best deals and products beneficial to you and your specific needs. I always have a good experience with Allstate whenever I call them for whatever reason. Available Plans They have every plan for every budget you can imagine. I am very impressive with the plans they have available to consumers from all walks of life.
