Rated 1.0 Please STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE. The owner is a big cheat and liar. They are trying to take advantage of the covid situation in all his pickup and delivery orders. They deliberately increase the quantities of all items in your order. When confronted, about the same, they said it happened by mistake. MISTAKE can happen only once or twice not with all the orders and items. Also, they said they will send someone to pick up the extra items and refund me. Later changed their statement, and said I need to come to store to return. And WAIT, when I went to store to return the extra items 2 days later, they REFUSED TO TAKE RETURN OF ALL THE EXTRA ITEMS saying they are not accepting returns because of Covid. Looks like THE OWNER HAD A MEMORY LOSS ABOUT COVID SITUATION WHILE PROMISING THE RETURN TO ME :D Only when I actually went to return the items, they remembered covid is still going on..lol. Attached are the conversation details. Also, they sent me a leaky oil container with no brand name/sticker on it, although I asked for Dabur oil and later at the time of return, said that the container is open. Attached is the pic of the sealed container. If you cannot accept these type of items back, then don't send it to your customers also. BIG LIARS AND CHEATERS.
