Even though there were few people (<25), the care and time that she took for mehndi for each person was above and beyond what was expected. By looking at the design on the first hand, people were extremely excited with her work. Just by looking at her work, she managed to convince a number of people who were initially not going to have mehndi to get it. The work she did on my hands was amazing, but the henna she did for my wife was even beyond this. There are still more designs that we keep finding, and the attention to detail is exceptional. Her ability to create art within the traditional mehndi designs is exceptional. More than all of this, she was kind and attentive. She listened to multiple requests and came up with a number of possible options in response. Our wedding would not have been anything near what it was without her doing mehndi for us

Not only did we use her for all our wedding party's outfits for our Indian rehearsal dinner (including my sari, my husband's groom sherwani, and my bridal lehenga), she did my and my bridesmaids' henna for our wedding weekend! She has the most stunning clothes and jewelry, and creates the most beautiful henna! We had a traditional Catholic wedding, so I asked her to incorporate a floral design I felt like would match my white dress, and it turned out absolutely gorgeous. I should mention that I have extremely sensitive skin and multiple skin allergies - not an issue at all with the organic henna she uses. The henna darkened beautifully, and lasted more than two weeks, even through our honeymoon at a beach! Thanks Neena

I did not want henna that completely covered my palm, and she was very accommodating to what I wanted. I also wanted peacocks to match my lehenga, which she was able to do beautifully. I like how intentional she is with her work, and she made me feel special and relaxed as she did my henna. She was very patient and heard me, gave a lot of before and after care tips so the color would be rich on my special day and it was rich as she promised. I went to her for henna designs on my hands, and I found her to be innately artistic, talented and skillful, gracious, and accommodating with respect to appointment time. The quality of her work, her attention to detail, and her ability to draw the finest of lines and complicated designs were very impressive. Once dry, the henna stained beautifully and developed a deep, gorgeous color. She provided good after care instructions. She was also absolutely wonderful to talk to, and she checked up on me the next day as well, which was very nice of her. Thank you, Neena, for the best experience!
