She has created many memorable covers for leading indian magazine's and works regularly with the most famous photographers in the valley and abroad. She is known for her love for Indian Bridal make up and hair. It all started when she decided to quit her high paying accounting job in corporate america and decided to follow her passion particularly for Indian Bridal Make Up. For Brar money is secondary but the food for soul is much more important. Raman Brar is a firm believer of following your passion. In her case (Indian bridal make up artist). She claims following your passion is also a serious kind of meditation. Once, you start doing what you love and where your passion meets your profession; that's the ultimate juncture of nirvana state. I have always had problems where makeup artists changed the shape of my lips or over did contour but Raman was super careful with all that. She asks what kind of look you want and actually executes it. 100% recommend her. She makes you look like a bride without overdoing it. Her hands know how to balance!
Rated 5.0 Raman is truly an amazing artist and a really good person. I found Raman through some other brides and decided to have a trial with her. Raman was professional from the get go. During the trial, Raman was very communicative and gave the look I was preferring. She didn’t shy away from trying some things she thought would look good and I am glad she did, because the trial makeup itself came out amazing!!! She even shared her blog details on good skin care and had really good recommendations on the skin care products to use. There was no doubt I was gonna have her for my wedding!! Moving onto our pre-wedding shoot, we initially didn’t have a shoot planned. But Raman took me in the last minute. Suffice to say, the hair and make up turned out gorgeous.
