Rated 5.0 Bob is definitely a straight shooter. My laptop hadn't been able to stay on for more than 5 minutes without overheating and shutting off. Bob informed me upon the initial inspection that it seemed one of the fans was broken and asked if I wanted him to find a new one to replace it. Turns out the only company in the world who still makes a fan that would fit was located in China. I gave him the go-ahead and mere two weeks later, I went and picked up the now pristine laptop. Not only did he replace the fan, but he cleaned it inside and out, and installed a temperature monitoring software and showed me how to use it. Bob, you have my repeat business should anything else go wrong on any computer I use.

Bob is an easy going person who I found to be very patient and clear regarding what options I had for my system.
