Rated 2.0 I had a horrible time with those event managers for my gala. They said everything will be great regarding pre gala set up but changed around 2 days before the event. We were delayed by an hour with 150 plus people waiting for the banquet hall. When asked after the event, they hid behind the written contract which a layman does not understand. I am so disappointed that Marriott can do this !!!! I will tell anyone to think twice before holding any event. Sapna Aggarwal MD

Rated 3.0 I didn't stay here but from the point of exhibitions and conferences. I am not happy. The parking lot on the immediate right, is closed perennially, not sure why/ getting people to cough up for Internet is, in my opinion pathetic at best. also I would like to NOT see two events next to each other, once noisy and one about learning. Yesterday in IMANE's annual gala, there was a huge sound interference from the neighborhood party. However, the ambience is good. The staff who prepped up the rooms for the conference were awesome..

Rated 5.0 There were many thing to like about the hotel: clean, comfy, great location. Some of the staff were just top notch folks, people whom you would love to get to know outside of their job. But at least one did not do her job at all, and made our stay confusing, difficult and stress-inducing. They need to take her off the front desk...she is dragging everyone down with her lack of caring for guests and follow through. I will drop the GM a line, and maybe even give it one more try. But the long and short of it is that the ENTIRE staff needs to be of one mind when serving guests, because I this case, one bad apple did indeed spoil the entire barrel.

Rated 5.0 I wasn't sure what to expect upon arrival. But, i must say i was extremely pleased with the Hotel. Very clean and inviting. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet at Chopps. I definetly would stay there again and would recommend it others.
