The service provided by the Apt mortgage loan LLC is excellent. The loan officer, Giri Namasivayam, is totally focused on customer needs and offered the best service. First he gave a decent mortgage rate to start with. But when the rate decreased further after 10 days, he tracked continuously and called me after the office hours, to lock the new low rate and apply for new loan application. This helped save significant mortgage payment per month. Further Giri is very knowledgeable in this loan process, very patient and gives valuable advises as well. I highly recommend working with Giri as well as his associate Lakshmi.

I couldnt ask for a better mortgage agent. Giri was excellent by being on top of things and was available anytime to clarify any questions you might have. It wasn't my first property purchase but it was definitely my first purchase when i knew my agent was working towards my interest.
