Unfortunately our recipient wasn't home but our lovely delivery lady (Jill) went out of her way to leave a note which directed our recipient to check with her neighbors who were holding the flowers for her. Jill was so wonderful, called me and explained everything, gave me a lot of helpful information, and was just overall a gem. Will definitely go direct to Exotica in the future. Thanks again, Jill!
