Shalimar Banquets is conveniently located in the heart of North West Suburbs of Greater Chicago Area. Our facility: Shalimar Banquets is a newly constructed facility in 2015. The facility features a 21,000 square feet Grand Ballroom, equipped to accommodate up to 1500 guests in total. The Grand Ballroom can be divided into 3 separate areas for your smaller events. Magnificent lobby graced by majestic ceiling and lighting, providing you with an opportunity to welcome your guests in a warm ambience and can mingle with each other before the event. Two luxurious bridal suites. The bride and groom can get ready for the big day in lavish bridal suites while enjoying time with loved ones before meeting guests in the ballroom. LCD screens in the ballroom. Our dedicated and experienced staff ensures to make your event a unique and memorable experience. Our experienced planner will provide you guidance at each step you need in planning your special day. Rated 1.0 Avoid these unprofessional people at all costs. The workers STOLE the food when we were leaving. We had already packed 8 trays of left over food that was written in the contract for us to have. We went home with 2 trays: one salad and one mirchi salan. We paid for this food and the workers came back and took our trays. We are civilized and did not argue and came home. They also turned off the lights at midnight to show "it is time to go home." I will never recommend this place to anyone.
Rated 5.0 I've been here for a couple of parties and events. It's really beautiful and the staff are always very friendly and accommodating. Management seems to keep everything running smoothly and all in all it's a great place to have an event at.
Rated 5.0 Holy shit...this place is a golden palace. The inner hall itself could be a little nicer, but the outer lounge area is something you see out of Bollywood or James Bond movies. I took so many photos there, this is my go to place when I throw my wedding.
Rated 5.0 Attended a wedding here for the first time and was very impressed by how beautiful, specious and clean this place is! There is planty of free parking and it's conveniently located near a major highway. Food was just okay, if I was to host an event here I wouldnt order their catering service. Also this place could use additional stalls in the bathrooms to accommodate guests when all halls are hosting an events the same night.
Rated 5.0 Believe it or not, they are the worst people in wedding services I had my own wedding there the food and the service was too bad I had a very bad experience from the button of my heart dont ever do your wedding there bad people group of losers.
