I am Imran, also known as DJ Imran, or Imran Ismail. Born in Karachi, Pakistan, I started singing, and acting since I was in school. I always liked love stories, comedies and fairy tales so you would see a lot of those impressions in my choice of music. Romantic soft music, ghazals and semi classical music have been my favorites even when I did not understand much about "sur" and singing. Still remember, my father was very strict about me getting involve in the music and singing and always used to say,” Kya mirasi banain ge baray ho kar and " Agr aas pas bhi nazar aye na in mirasion ke to khal utaar doon ga aap ki". You must be thinking how after all that I am still doing this. Well after he passed away I was going through his diary and I found some great comments about my singing. He liked my matured choice of songs and the softness in my voice along with my performances even at that young age. May be its my passion for music or may be its love that kept me hanging in there and now I talk to you about your dreams, your love stories and make you fall in love all over again through my choice of music. Whether you are in love or lost your love you will find my songs to bring back your memories and the magical moments you had with your love. Rated 5.0 I Am So Pleased To Have Worked With Dj Imran Ismail For My Atlanta Wedding. Both Me And My Husband'S Families Are Fairly Conservative So I Didn'T Want Too Much Of A "Club" Feel For Either My Mehndi Or Shaadi. Rather, I Wanted An Elegant, Classic Play List With Elegant Uplighting As Well Which Is Exactly What I Got. Right From The Gitgo, Dj Imran Was Incredibly Responsive To All My Texts And Emails And Worked Very Hard To Accommodate My Requests. My Family And I Are Bengali And We Met With Him A Few Months Prior To The Events To Come Up With A List Of Bengali Songs To Add To The Playlist, All Of Which He Was Able To Accommodate. He Also Put Together A Slide Show Of Childhood Photos Of Me And My Husband That Played On The Projector. He Was Incredibly Kind And Just Lovely To Work With Leading Up To The Events And Then A Very Professional And Fun Dj On The Days Of The Event. He Is Clearly An Expert In All Sorts Of Music Especially Classic Desi Music And I Am Very Happy To Have Been Able To Work With Him. I Very Highly Recommend Him For Any Event!
