Rated 5.0 I had my 2008 Audi A4 serviced by Desi Auto Care before bringing our new baby girl from hospital to our home in Voorhees. they beat every German Shop's prices, completed our repair one day early and get one installed our car seat for baby. I felt very cared for and my car hasn't run this smooth in years. Im very happy customer!
Rated 5.0 About a week ago,my mom was going to Indian grocery store and having problems with her key getting stuck in the ignition, and couldn't get it out. She first went to a local dealership to get a quote. They said they would need codes and it would have to be left in the shop all day and cost $350. Then she scheduled an appointment with Desi Auto Care the next day. He simply pushed the key in with great pressure and turned. No charge! This is call - Desi Smartness! The best!
Rated 5.0 Took my 2005 BMW - X3 to the dealership because I had a check engine light come on they quoted me $1420 for a vent. Desi Auto Care quoted me $250. Dealership quoted me to replace my all 4 brakes $1745 Desi Auto Care $750. Dealer suggested thrust rod bushing replacement for $795 Desi Auto Care said not needed, but when it's time to replace his cost $300. The dealership charged me for the diagnostic charge of $200. Desi Auto Care free of charge. I highly recommend this DESI shop to any BMW owner that's not in warranty. all my repair was done in timely manner. Desi Auto Care gives 24 months/24,000 Miles warranty on all repairs (including parts and labor!!)
Rated 5.0 I've had a good BMW experience with these guys. Brought in my M3 telling them I was pretty sure the power steering pump had failed and they needed to replace it (about $900 job). Rachael called later on: "No, a clip broke, we replaced it, and its $38 They could've easily taken advantage of me, leveraging my own assumptions against me, but they dealt with me honestly instead. Their scheduling is prompt and efficient, I never worry or fret when I bring my car to Desi - there's a lot of value just in that!
Rated 5.0 Suddenly, the air would only blow warm. Never good in July! We made the mistake of taking it to the Land Rover dealership, and was told that the relay....etc (whatever ?#&?!) needed to be replaced and that it would cost me $897 or more...it's depend on bla..bla..bla...ouch! My boyfriend a.k.a. The Defender (knowledgeable about car things) gave me Desi Auto Care a buzz. Receptionist told him to bring the car in and they'd make sure it will be reasonable cost. No joking!! They got the work done by evening, and only charged us $115. Savings of $782!! They just made loyal customers out of us..we'll not enter in dealer parking lot again. They called me and my boyfriend by our names - love that!
