Rated 1.0 I would steer clear of this establishment. The face of the company, which is the person you will be interacting with through out the entire process, is very rude, unprofessional and unethical. Be prepared for many false promises and lies in the beginning when she is trying to gain your business. Once you are locked in, she will suddenly become unresponsive to requests and suggestions. And not to mention extremely rude when you express any concern. Planning an event such as a wedding is stressful enough, but working with an unprofessional vendor makes it twice as more stressful. If I could do it all over again, I would have stayed away from this place. There are many good decorating companies in the Houston area that will value your time and business. I highly recommend going with any other decorating company besides this one.
