We decided to go with Rupali after a friend's recommendation and we are so glad we did. We were first time home buyers and she was very helpful at every step right from: before the purchase, during the purchase and after the purchase. She is very responsive at was always willing to show up whenever we needed. She is a good negotiator and always acted as our attorney and got us what we wanted through negotiations. As a first time home buyer, I was expecting an agent to help us with the assessment of house condition as we weren't sure and Rupali's experience helped us a lot. She has good idea of DMV area and the neighborhoods. . If you are looking for a realtor who you can trust, I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed!

Rupali reached us after she came across our property posting for rent in 3rd party website, where we are trying to rent our property for months. She is very professional and could able to find the renter within a week. The property was rented to the tenants after completing the full background verification. She maintained very accurate and authenticated paper work without any oral commitments. The important thing that I liked in the whole procedure is the agent fees, she charged very reasonable and sensible real estate agent fee. Rupali is amazing! She had good knowledge of the market and a keen eye on what needed to be updated / fixed in our house in order for us to get a fast sale at a great price. We cannot thank Rupali enough for her services. In our neighborhood, we had a short sale, a cash sale, and a third sale (less than a year ago) far below market for homes nearly the exact same floor plan as ours. We had to sell our home, but were very leery of putting it on the market due to those prior low sales. When Rupali told us the price she wanted to list our home for, we thought it was too high. She told us not to worry and asked us to trust her. We had an offer 48 hours later very close to asking price! It was unbelievable. We anticipated sitting on the market awhile just like the other homes, and were amazed at how quick we were under contract. Rupali guided us through the sales process (it had been years since we last sold a home) and was very responsive. We were worried that the house would not appraise for the contract price and literally bugged her every day for updates. Rupali again told us not to worry. The appraisal came back fine; no adjustments due to those past sales. Rupali was fantastic. We sold the house days ago and are so thankful we chose her. We highly recommend her services.

Rupali has met beyond expectations on the quality of her service as a realtor. She listed and sold a condo for me. She offered good advice for listing price after reviewing comps, had a professional photographer take pictures of the house, and voila she churned her magic. My property got multiple contracts on first day itself. I immediately accepted an appropriate contract. She was a through professional in getting the job done till closing.
