New Home loan closed in less than 30 days without any hassle!! (Even 2 weeks before of the actual closing date, Sistar had told me their readiness to close if I wanted to close one week before the actual date)!! I had privilege to work with Hemakumar on my new loan from Sistar Mortgage. He was very professional and understanding. He was very quick in handling my case and explained to me in detail. Everything that was said earlier was executed and there was no deviation. Sistar gave me the best rate and credits. Loan process started when rates were historically low. Well informed me the chances of rate increase based on market trend and locked the rate before the increase started. Answered and explained me every silly questions I asked as a new home buyer. Our experience with Sistar has been nothing but stellar. From the mortgage application through underwriting to approval and closing, a Sistar team member helped us every step of the way. They were knowledgeable and if they did not have an answer, they reverted back very promptly. They were extremely professional, responsive, helpful and best of all, friendly. I never once felt as though I was a bother. They never tried to give me a sales pitch to buy down the rate with points. No visits to any office was required. The closing was done in the comfort of my home at a time of my choosing. I felt comfortable that they had a physical location close to me so that if there ever was an issue, I could certainly reach out and not be limited to phone calls.
