For a first time home buyer, its easy to get overwhelmed once you start the process of getting the dream home. You do need a professional and honest realtor to help you through the process. Mr Shanavas is very easy to work with, he is knowledgeable about the area and the common mistakes that one need to be careful about etc. He is a family man, and has been in this business for the past 10+ yrs.

Shanavas helped us in buying a single family home. We explained him our requirement and the homes he shortlisted were mostly very close to the requirement. Shanavas helped in negotiating the price and we end-up in buying a home, which was listed well above the desired price. Even after buying home, Shanavas is always available to help in resolving the issue that we have faced.

Shan was extremely helpful in our buying decision. He first listened and understood our requirements and budget; and then shortlisted places for us to see. While visiting houses, he provided valuable expert advise on points that a novice buyer like us would not have. We were able to shortlist a place fairly quickly and Shan skilfully advised on the negotiations to lower the price and helped in each subsequent of the buying process until we locked into a home and the related paperwork of getting a home inspection done, getting a title agent and securing financing. I will recommend Shan to anyone interested in buying or selling property.

Shan was such a delight to work with. He really got to know us and got a sense of what we were looking for in a new home, almost as we were honing that sense ourselves! In fact, just when my wife and I were talking seriously about putting an offer on a close enough house, Shan took us immediately to see a new house that had only been listed an hour before. He guided us through a (successful) bidding war, a sticky financing with a delay, and got us into our dream home in what must be near-record time. I can't recommend Shan highly enough.He was a great help and I'd use him again in the future.
