I have really bad experience with the insurance companies in the past. They increased my premium $600 in 2 years without any reason and I called few times but no help was provided so I decided to switch my Insurance to diff. company as I was looking for an alternative, I came across Satwant insurance and I was surprised to see how professional, detail oriented and Knowledgeable Mr Sam(Satwant) is, His very well trained and professional group of people are always ready to help you. I like they are open on weekends and they answered my call on Saturday 8pm. They helped me to provide my ID card because I had minor accident also guided me in that situation. Good thing is Satwant and his after hour staff member stayed with me on the call to tow my car and helped to file claim. Great service guys.

Bobby went above and beyond to help us add a new vehicle and understand our coverage scenarios. This isn’t even our original agency but we decided to pay a visit since it’s the closest one to us and our original one is terrible at responding. Despite us not being their official client, Bobby answered all of our questions patiently and welcomed us to come back if we had any other concerns. We’re definitely calling Allstate to switch our agencies to this one!
Within the last year, I purchased both Homeowner's and Automobile insurance through this agency. I primarily dealt with Atul for the Homeowner's policy and found him very competent and agreeable to deal with. I since purchased Automobile insurance and primarily dealt with Claudia Soria. Atul is Wonderful! Use him! If your homeowners insurance cancelled you because you're in a high fire danger area Quality Inexpensive Homeowners Insurance in High Fire Areas!!! Like many, my homeowners insurance cancelled me a few years ago. The only insurance who would take me was the most expensive: Lloyds of London. Over $13,000 a year that year! Someone recommended Namaste Insurance Services 1831 Marina Blvd. San Leandro, CA 94577 Ask for Atul Algarwal 510/357-0077. The next year he got me a comprehensive homeowners insurance of $8,900/yr. And this year it's $9,800. Much lower than many of my neighbors. Insurance relief in high fire areas is possible. Atul is wonderful. He knows his business. He's accessible and explains things well to homeowners.
