I contacted Karan Malhotra, CPA and his company Agog Financials, Inc. back in March as I needed to submit amendments to 2012 taxes. I was looking to get my taxes done professionally in a short amount of time and luckily I was able to find Karan Malhotra. He paid attention to all the small details me and my husband missed, got it all straightened out and I got back over $3,000 on refund. Karan treated me so fair on the pricing and work and I honestly can’t thank him enough for the enormous effort and attention to detail he provided at every turn. He’s a great communicator; an excellent CPA, meets the deadline he promised and answers all your questions. He is very clear, concise, and exact as possible on providing tax information. He uses English very well to make tax thoughts very clear and simple. He also provide a lot of his views on ways to work with tax situations. There is a difference between a CPA and a certified tax preparer. Make sure you understand what that is and the implications of using a preparer before using anyone who isn’t a CPA. I’m probably just a small customer in terms of the complexity of my return and my annual tax preparation fee, but I appreciate that he was always available for my tax-related questions. I feel comfortable recommending his services to anyone. Five star service all around!!

Tax year 2014 was a year of significant change for my wife and I. We got married, switched jobs, moved to New York City from Philadelphia, and had some corrections related to my HSA from the previous tax year that also had implications this year. Karan and his team at Agog Financials helped alleviate almost all of the pressure & challenges with their superior service and impeccable attention to detail. His team was easy to access, very quick in getting back to me and even more accommodating given that I was doing everything remotely with him. Karan Malhotra at Agog Financials was  always prompt, professional, and on top of providing status on the progress. His technical knowledge is unmatched, abreast of the tax laws and understands the intricacies. I was impressed with his adherence to deadlines with on time completion and submission of the tax forms. The pricing was very reasonable and lowest that I am aware of. The entire tax filing process was completed without any hitch, and my involvement during the process was very minimal.  I was walked through all the line items with careful explanation, and to my satisfaction.  Highly recommend.
