My Realtor referred MVR Mortagage for loan process.I closed with him recently in oct 2024 . I felt it was staright forward without much hastlw with Venkat Malapati when I was able to give all the data in his website that was needed to get the rates needed . He was helpful and guided through out process thinking me as one of his own people . I stringly recommend him as he was the one who provided me best rates and has been transparent with the process. He does refinancing too for much better rates than any one else I have seen among others . Just go with him I have checked with others theres always a game of numbers when it comes to gaining business .He doesnt say sweet words like others to gain business .Just straight business with best rates.
