I felt it was staright forward without much hastlw with Venkat Malapati when I was able to give all the data in his website that was needed to get the rates needed . He was helpful and guided through out process thinking me as one of his own people . I stringly recommend him as he was the one who provided me best rates and has been transparent with the process.
